Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home, a family-run nursing home established in the mid-1960s, caters to 110 needy and sick who are unable to care for themselves or cannot be cared for in their own homes. The Napier Nursing Home Solution would cover both Clinical and Non-Clinical Modules with a view to increase productivity, reduce medical errors and assist in other areas such as record management and documentation.
The Napier Nursing Home Solution enables real-time retrieval and update of records and data, so that doctors, nurses and employees at Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home can have complete visibility and access to clinical information as well as resident assessments within the nursing home and beyond the premises. Following the implementation, the nursing home would be able to standardize all their processes, improve operational efficiency and service levels, and enhance its overall ability to deliver better resident care.
