LegalShield Honors More Than 600 Associates at its Annual International Convention
ADA, Okla. (PRWEB) July 18, 2016 -- Thirteen new lifetime million-dollar income earners, a record number of ring earners, a man who has personally generated more than 33,000 LegalShield memberships, and the Platinum World Council – a group of the company’s top performers heading to Rio de Janeiro for the Olympics – were among those honored at LegalShield’s annual international associate conference, OklaHOME, this past weekend.
Yesterday, LegalShield concluded its annual convention at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City. The convention brought together 10,000 LegalShield associates from across North America to celebrate another successful year for the company and learn about upcoming products and opportunities. The convention also served as an opportunity to recognize the hard work and successes of associates during the past year. This year, more than 600 associates were honored with awards or acknowledgements at the convention.

Our associates are the key to our success,” said Jeff Bell, CEO of LegalShield. “We are thrilled that our membership has grown by 33 percent for 2015 and the commissions we’ve paid to our field is approaching $100 million in the last 12 months.”
LegalShield associates were honored in 15 different categories, as detailed below.
Platinum World: Platinum World is an elite acknowledgement for Platinum Council members —associates who have achieved Platinum Executive Director Level for at least 12 more consecutive months. In addition, the council also provides input and ideas to the company to help support the field and advance the company. This year, the Platinum World Council will be traveling to the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
Millionaire Club: The Millionaire Club honors LegalShield associates who have earned more than $1 million in their LegalShield career. More than 240 associates have achieved this level of success with their LegalShield business.
LegalShield Ring Earners: One of the most significant pieces of LegalShield’s recognition and rewards program, earning a LegalShield ring, indicates that an associate has reached $100,000, $250,000, $500,000 or $1 million in commissions in the past 12 months. This year, 34 associates were honored with a new LegalShield ring for their accomplishments. In addition, 50 more associates were awarded with $50,000 rings as part of an all-new 12 ring program.
The all-new 12 ring earner program adds several new levels to the current program and was unveiled on stage at the company’s annual international convention. Thirty-four associates were surprised with a $50,000-level LegalShield ring at the convention. The new ring program now includes rings for the following levels: $50,000, $100,000, $150,000, $200,000, $300,000, $400,000, $500,000, $600,000, $700,000, $800,000, $900,000 and $1 million.
Executive Director Recognition: To achieve executive director recognition, associates must have 50 organizational sales each month. This special group of individuals was honored with a formal dinner gala and event including special guest speaker J.C. Watts Jr., president and CEO of non-profit Feed the Children and also founder and chairman of the J.C. Watts Companies, a multi-industry holding company headquartered in Washington, DC, with operations in Texas, Oklahoma and South Korea. Mr. Watts served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1995 to 2003, representing Oklahoma's 4th Congressional District.
Performance Club: Special recognition was given to the Performance Club (PC) associates who have more than 100 consecutive months of membership in the PC program. Entry to PC requires earning five or more PC points each month through sales and/or associate recruitment. More than 330 associates were recognized at the convention for joining the Performance Club.
Production Achievement Award: The Production Achievement Award recognizes associates who have personally sold more than 1,000 memberships in their LegalShield career. Each increment of 1,000 memberships sold is honored, with the highest honor being held by Rob Vest of South Carolina, who has personally sold more than 33,000 memberships in his career. This year, more than 130 associates were honored with a Production Achievement Award.
