In December of 2009, Tim joined LenCred permanently to help achieve the operational goals and development of the organization as it was obvious that LenCred had something to offer that little organizations in the nation can offer small business owners.
Tim opened LenCred’s Arkansas office in Bentonville with 2 individuals and currently has 43 employees working to serve the financial needs of small business owners. Bentonville may be the home of Wal-Mart, but it also yields many other small businesses in a rapidly growing community. Tim has been in administration for a large portion of his whole professional life. Tim was instrumental in helping Wal-Mart create the vision center as a new company that was founded within the Wal-Mart stores, and later joined Sam's Club in the Cellular and Photo start-up business.
In his 15-year vocation with the world's biggest retailer as a regional director accountable for operations in excess of 150 locations, Tim has been regarded with various honors, including the "Sam M. Walton Excellence in Leadership" Award. Tim has been included in various start-up divisions and organizations inside his vocation, and helped form them into solid business sections. In 2005, Tim opened his own Recording Studio in Cave Springs, Arkansas where as a small business owner, he turned into one of the 80% of entrepreneurs whose business fizzled because of the lack of access to capital. This was a major reason Tim joined his nephew at LenCred with the goal to help entrepreneurs obtain capital the RIGHT WAY.
As the Funding Doctor, Tim will bring knowledge, mastery in credit, and various knowledgeable experts to help all small business owners with all small business financing needs; today, Tim is the Sr. VP at LenCred.
