Lepide Active Directory Self Service v16.2 Now Supports Password Synchronization for Office 365
Noida, India (PRWEB) August 12, 2016 -- Lepide Software today launches version 16.2 of its self-service management solution – Lepide Active Directory Self Service. The new version focuses on offering wider support for password synchronization. It now allows Office 365, Google Apps and IBM AS400 users to manage their passwords from the interface.
SMS gateway has also been introduced in order to simplify sending bulk notifications and OTP to users. In addition to the traditional GSM modem option, administrators can now send SMS notifications by subscribing to an SMS plan, and benefit from bulk pricing.
Version 16.2 features numerous other updates, including:
• A new CSR generation tool included to simplify the process of SSL configuration and application
• Admin credentials of the local system where the software is installed is now required during the remote GINA/CP installation
• Automatic user redirection from HTTP to HTTPS while using SSL security
• IE 8.0 support has been disabled
• Minor bug fixes
