Prior to selecting Deltek, Lerch Bates had two disparate systems in place that no longer delivered the capabilities and reporting functionality it needed for visibility into the company’s financial information and overall business performance. In addition, Lerch Bates was utilizing valuable man-hours to pull reports that contained inaccurate data. At the same time, the growing company couldn’t track profitability at the project level because of inaccurate timekeeping tools that were in place.
The company conducted a thorough evaluation and reviewed six vendors including SAP and NetSuite.
