Level Homes Commitment to Growth Continues in the Southeast
Baton Rouge, LA (PRWEB) March 05, 2014 -- Level Homes announces the groundbreaking of their two newest Baton Rogue area master planned communities. Continuing its expansion along the Southeast, Baton Rogue-based homebuilder Level Homes will build approximately 100 homes in the existing Prairieville community of Shadows of Ascension and one of several builders that will build over 1,000 homes in Americana, Zachary's only Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND).
Beginning in March of this year, Shadows of Ascension homebuyers will have access to one of the state's most highly sought-after school districts, convenience to Airline Highway and their choice of large homesites. Custom features like slab granite countertops, Electrolux® appliances, solid hardwood floors, porcelain tile and sodded yards are available. Construction has already started on several homes including a model home. Prices start in the $270s and homes will be ready to move into in late spring.
Americana is yet another example of the builder's commitment to growing in the Southeast. Level Homes is now building in Americana and they project sales in the community between 18-20 homes this year. Homes in Americana range between 1,847-3,100 square feet, with floorplans for 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3.5 baths. The model home is currently in development, with five homes expected to be completed in the next 60 days. Homes in Americana start in the $270s.
'The Pointe," Americana's community meeting spot, is already complete and the highly anticipated YMCA is up and running.

Level Homes launched their national expansion in Raleigh last spring.
