Hall was elected last year and has been functioning as president-elect since then. He succeeds Yolanda Fennick and will serve a one-year term.

Hall has been an active member of the El Paso County Bar Association for more than a decade, having previously held the positions of membership chairman, trustee and website committee chair.
Hall represents private and public schools – especially charter schools – as well as religious institutions in all legal matters. His practice also focuses on complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
Hall is listed in the 2015 edition of Best Lawyers in America© in the area of First Amendment Law and was named a "Lawyer of the Year" in the 2014 edition of Best Lawyers in America© in the same area.
