Lexington Christian Academy Seniors Perform at Boston Symphony Hall
Lexington, MA (PRWEB) February 20, 2015 -- Two Lexington Christian Academy seniors, Ana Bulger and Harris Desrosier, will be among 175 top high school performers in the All-State Concert at Symphony Hall this March. The students earned their places in this prestigious festival after competing in January with thousands of students from across Massachusetts.
Ana Bulger is the daughter of James and Mary Bulger of Maynard, MA. Harris Desrosier is the son of Duane and Marie Desrosier of Arlington, MA.
“We are proud of these exceptional students and join with their families in celebrating this accomplishment, especially given their many senior year commitments,” said Tim Russell, Head of School. “At LCA, we are dedicated to helping our students with creative exploration and achievement. This is just one more example of our success with that goal.”
The annual All-State Conference and Festival—offered through the Massachusetts Musical Educators Association—features 120 interactive sessions, including workshops, concerts, and networking opportunities. It is attended by more than 800 music educators and 500 of Massachusetts’ top student musicians performing band, orchestral, jazz, and choral works.
This All-State Festival will be held from March 19th – 21st at the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center. The All-State Concert will be held at Symphony Hall in Boston on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 1:00 pm. Tickets are $21.00 each.
