The conference is one of Opal’s premier events for high-net-worth individuals and family offices in Europe. On Thursday, June 4, Mack co-facilitated the closed-door breakfast family session with Sandy Loder, Founder and CEO of AH Loder Advisors, that specifically discussed challenges encountered when planning for and working to prepare the next generation of family members for success. This session was open only to family members, family office executives and private investors, allowing for rich peer-to-peer exchanges highly valued by the participants.
“We discussed key considerations and best practice concepts for how to engage the next generation and groom leaders for the future, including when to start next generation education and how to foster a personal drive for achievement and entrepreneurship in the rising generations,” Mack said.
