Lisa Doromal Joins Harris Allied to Manage New Southern Connecticut Regional Offices
Stamford, Conn., and Westport, Conn. (PRWEB) January 20, 2015 -- Harris Allied, a Manhattan-based executive recruiting firm, has announced that Lisa Doromal has joined the firm as Director. In this capacity, she will manage the firm’s new southern Connecticut regional offices and lead recruiting efforts for Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.
Doromal brings more than 15 years of technology recruiting, business development and relationship management experience to Harris Allied. She began her career at Robert Half International, where she developed recruiting strategies and placed IT professionals within New York’s technology sector. She has also held positions at Versatech Consulting and Pfizer. Doromal has won several prestigious awards for exceeding sales goals with Pfizer, including the Vice President’s Cabinet Award and the Regional Performance Fund Award, and she was the Power of 2 Mid-Atlantic Region Winner.
Doromal earned a B.A. from University of Rochester. She is actively involved with Homes with Hope, one of the largest services providers to the homeless in Connecticut.
