Living Authentically Can be as Simple as ABC
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (PRWEB) February 17, 2016 -- After years of suppressing her true self in order to seek love and approval, Jessica Ly decided enough was enough.
“My story was one of trying to please and conform in all aspects of my life—from family, to peers, to romantic partners, to work colleagues,” Ly said. “Because I experienced the pain of never feeling ‘good enough,’ I lacked the courage to speak the voice of me.”
That lack of confidence initially resulted in pain, disappointment and frustration, but as Ly worked through those issues, she discovered an integral part of her authentic self was her ability to help others through similar situations.
Ly became a certified life coach to help others find their own authentic selves, and she hopes that influence will spread even further with the release of her new book, “The ABCs of Authentic Me: A Collection of Simple Truths to Change Your Life.”
Ly wrote “The ABCs of Authentic Me” to help readers live consciously and openly in all aspects of their lives. Using quick chapters filled with practical applications, the author helps readers discover not only what an authentic life means to them, but also how they can integrate physiological, spiritual and mental awareness to help them fulfill that life.
