Lloydminster Fit Body Boot Camp Announces Grand Opening of a New Fitness Center
Lloydminster, SK (PRWEB) May 19, 2014 -- Local fitness expert Michele Rogers announced today the opening of her new Lloydminster Fit Body Camp location. The new Lloydminster fitness center is in answer to the ever-growing demand for a rapid-results indoor boot camp in the Lloydminster area.
To celebrate the opening, Lloydminster Fit Body Boot Camp will host a grand opening charity event on May 24th in an effort to support a local church in their fund-raising needs to venture on their Mission to the Orphanage.
Rogers explains, “We have supported a variety of organizations since opening; including The Salvation Army Food Drive and Breast Cancer Awareness and Big Brothers Big Sisters. We chose to support Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship because Serve First is something we strongly believe in. Supporting children regardless of where they are in the world, empowers them to have hope and to believe that they are truly cared for.”
The Foundation for His Ministry in Vincente, Guerrero is an orphanage that houses approximately 100 orphan children who have lost their parents, or whose parents chose to give them a better life by giving them up to the orphanage.
“This is so much more than an orphanage,” enthuses Rogers. “They do so much ministry work in the surrounding areas. Lloydminster Fit Body Boot Camp is very much community minded and about serving first, just as this orphanage is, and we want to use our boot camp to help support this and other amazing organizations. “
Lloydminster Fit Body Boot Camp’s Grand Opening charity event is set to kick off at 11:00 a.m. and will continue until 2:00 p.m. Activities for the event will include a raffle for big ticket items such as memberships to the boot camp, iPads, Lloyd FBBC gear and a variety of other prizes donated by other businesses and supporters of the Mission. There will be a bouncy house and face painting for the children.
Rogers says she is excited about the opening of her indoor boot camp location because she believes that its fun environment will inspire more of the Lloydminster community to exercise and stay in shape.
She states, “Opening a location in Lloydminster has allowed us to spread our message of health and wellness and we are thrilled to be a fun place to work out. We have families and couples working out together, so it’s a great place for people to spend quality time with their loved ones. We’re really excited to be helping people lead healthier and happier lives.”
