Cristin and Brad, along with Dianne and Jimmy Gosslee, are the owners of Coldwell Banker Gosslee in Shreveport and Bossier City. Brad is an active member in YPO (Young Presidents Organization), Committee of 100, and a Rotarian of the downtown Shreveport chapter. Both Cristin and Brad are very involved in Southfield School serving on their Board, Strategic Development Committee and as Chairperson of their Annual Fund.
Although Brad is a co-owner of the Fresh Coat business, Cristin will be leading the company. Cristin and Brad have been married for 16 years and have 3 children who all attend Southfield School. Prior to moving to Shreveport, Cristin worked in sales and marketing for technology based companies in San Francisco.
“We were researching companies that would be compatible with the real estate business, which is where we’ve continued to grow our business and build our Coldwell Banker Gosslee brand. Realtors almost always recommend for their clients to paint before they list a house and then most people who buy a house come in and paint again, so painting has a lot of synergy with real estate. The Gosslees have hired Dan Kreamer as the General Manager for Fresh Coat of Shreveport-Bossier. He attended Evangel High School and then went on to play football at The University of Arkansas. He worked as a District Manager for Target Oilfield Services and most recently in outside sales for Construction Safety Products. He is married to Mary Catherine Kreamer, who is a teacher at South Highlands Elementary Magnet School. They welcomed their first child, Hutch, in August.
