Key enhancements that the new site will deliver include: a streamlined online ordering system, the ability for international customers to place orders in local languages and currencies, and better integration with Rochester’s business systems for payment terms and account set-up.
Wiles added, “Asia and Europe account for almost half of our website traffic right now. We absolutely need to be able to offer all customers the best possible researching and online buying experience. Enhancing the international experience is a critical aspect of this project.”
