Local Owners Help Topsail Island Explode in Excitement for their 4th of July Event in Surf City
Surf City, NC (PRWEB) July 02, 2016 -- To kick off what will be an amazing 4th of July weekend, the Surf City Fire Department will be given their largest annual beverage donation this year from local business owner and entrepreneur Adam Upchurch, who runs Topsail Island Real Estate. Purchases of food and beverages is highly encouraged as the profits will help the hardworking members of the Surf City Fire Department purchase supplies to help benefit the community!
After breaking ground as the first family to donate beverages at the event in 2013, the Upchurch Family has helped continue what has become now an annual tradition that helps benefit the Surf City Fire Department. This year’s celebration takes place on the 3rd of July, where local musicians will kick off activities and start playing at 6:00 pm in Soundside Park. The beautifully renovated amphitheater will be in full decoration and the fireworks display will start at dusk, whether it’s rain or shine.
