Local Printing Company Acquires Installation Team, Increases Competitive Edge and National Appeal

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) January 15, 2015 -- 858 Graphics, Inc. announces the acquisition of NonStop Signs. The process of merging structures began on December 1, 2014. 858 Graphics will be taking over all accounts and jobs through NonStop Signs.

The acquisition of NonStop Signs marks 858 Graphics’ second takeover. In 2010, the company absorbed Las Vegas Printing-- and their trade show services-- in an effort to expand their reach. When asked how this progression reflects the company’s upcoming plans, CEO Brandon Stapper stated, "After nearly ten years of building our systems and processes, we are now seeking to make a number of strategic acquisitions as we continue to scale our operations to cater to a growing national customer base."

858 Graphics Inc. was launched out of a garage in 2007 and has quickly grown into one of the largest wide format print companies in Southern California, servicing over 100,000 clients per year across the country. Impressed with Stapper and his company, NonStop co-founders, Eddie Whittaker and Josh Doeringer sold their ten-year-old company with the confidence that their clients would be in good hands. They have both since retired from the San Diego wide-format print industry.

According to Doeringer, the sale seemed like the natural next step. “We realized that we could play off each other’s strengths: 858 has top of the line technology and a hyper-efficient operations system that ensures quick turnover; NonStop has the best installations team West of the Mississippi. We’re each moving forward with a stronger, more capable company.”

NonStop has retained the rest of their staff and their brand, but moved operations to the 858 offices in midtown San Diego. Projects from both parties will be controlled under one team from the design through to print delivery, increasing accountability and decreasing job cycle time.
