Local Root Announces Book Signing with Chef/Author Joanne Chang
Newton Lower Falls, MA (PRWEB) April 17, 2014 -- Local Root - The Kitchen Store announces an upcoming book signing at their new store location, with local chef Joanne Chang of Flour Bakery. The book signing event will take place on Saturday, April 26 from 1:30-3:00pm at The Mill at Newton Lower Falls, 2284 Washington Street (RT 16), Newton Lower Falls, MA.
Joanne Chang is well-known in both the Greater Boston Area and across the country as the baker who beat Bobby Flay in a Sticky Bun Throwdown some years ago. Chef Chang currently owns and operates four separate locations of Flour Bakery across Boston and Cambridge, and is also Chef/Owner of an Asian fusion restaurant called Myers and Chang.
