Localization Company EQHO Globalization Once Again Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification, Reaffirming its Commitment to World-Class Customer Service

Ltd. announced it has been recertified for ISO 9001:2008 by TUV Rheinland, the world’s largest ISO certification body. Recertification was achieved without the issuance of any corrective action requests (CARs).
ISO 9001 is recognized globally as the standard for quality management systems and organizations in more than 170 countries. BS EN 15038, a European standard specifically for translation service providers, considers the core translation process and any other aspects related to its delivery. Among its standout features are:
● Defining the translation process, whereby quality of the translation is guaranteed through review by a second person.
● Specifying the professional skills of each person involved in the translation process, from translators and reviewers to revisers and proofreaders.
Similarly, ISO 17100 presents the necessary requirements for delivering a quality translation service, taking in everything from resources to core processes.
