Locked Storage Unit for Harmful Substances Invented by InventHelp Client (STU-1898)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 02, 2015 -- If you’re not confident that those Mr. Yuk stickers will keep your children away from poisonous cleaners and other household chemicals, you are not alone. An inventor from Scipio, Utah, had similar doubts that led him to seek a better option.
He developed JED’S SAFETY CABINET to provide a safe place to store potentially harmful chemicals and other toxic substances in the home or a garage. As such, it keeps these poisonous items out of the reach of children behind locked doors. It, therefore, prevents illness or deaths resulting from children being exposed to poisonous substances. Accordingly, it promotes peace of mind for concerned parents and other caregivers. It is built to not only deter improper use but to prevent leakage of liquid contents as well. In addition, it is durable, convenient, easy to use and affordably priced.
The inventor’s concern over children being exposed to hazardous chemicals and other materials inspired the idea. “I wanted to find a way to keep such toxic substances out of the reach of children,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Salt Lake City office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
