Loews Vanderbilt Hotel Wraps Up $17 Million Renovation
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (PRWEB) July 09, 2013 -- Just in time for the summer tourism season and the opening of the new Music City Center in downtown Nashville, Loews Vanderbilt Hotel has completed its $17 million renovation.
Following six months of extensive construction, the nearly 30-year-old, 340-room hotel now boasts the new Mason’s restaurant and Mason Bar, a new lobby, new guestroom bathrooms, new corridors, new designer suites, and an updated outdoor patio space - all designed with a nod to the music, food and fashion that embody the modern image of Nashville.

About the Design
Designed by Simeone Deary Design Group, the new lobby combines modern lines with comforting warm tones and dark woods. Featuring design elements like a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a Hank Williams mural wall in the great room, guests can relax fireside amongst ample seating that includes connectivity at nearly every seat for a seamless work environment.
Mason’s and Mason Bar offer a nod to Southern charm with touches like a Mason jar chandelier suspended over the bar, Mason jar walls in the restaurant space, twinkling lights that mimic fireflies, and cowhide leather chairs in the bar. Guests can enjoy a sophisticated take on classic Southern dishes such as A Devil of an Egg and Fried Green Tomatoes while enjoying craft cocktails in the sleek, slightly sexy restaurant or in the rustic, public house-style bar featuring a nine-screen media wall.
The new look continues upstairs with a complete remodel of all guest room bathrooms including new finishes, fixtures and music-themed artistic designs, updated and brightened corridors on all 10 guest room floors, and modernized designer suites featuring designer finishes and details. An updated patio and new fire pit near the front drive offers guests an outdoor escape to enjoy a drink or the lights of Nashville.
