Log Home Manufacturer Rocky Mountain Log Homes Honored by National Awards Program from NAHB
Hamilton, MT (PRWEB) October 29, 2013 -- Rocky Mountain Log Homes, a Hamilton, MT-based home manufacturer, is proud to announce they have received a national association home builders accolade as part of the 2014 Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Home Design. Rocky Mountain Log Homes took home an Excellence in Marketing Award.
The recognition is presented by the Building Systems Councils (BSC) and the Log Homes Council, part of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Rocky Mountain Log Homes was honored on Oct. 21, 2013, during the BSC’s “Showcase24,” the only national conference and educational event focused exclusively on the systems-built industry. Front runners in the industry, like RMLH, are honored at the annual awards presentation for their innovative marketing strategies and unique systems built housing designs.
“Rocky Mountain Log Homes has already risen to the top of the log home building industry,” said RMLH Marketing Manger Mikel Ochs. “So it’s an honor to also be recognized for our marketing efforts with this award. Any award coming from the National Association of Home Builders is a big deal, and we would like to extend our thanks to Spiker Communications"
Kevin Flaherty of Genesis Homes/Champion Homes Builders , and 2013 BSC Chairman, said, “We are proud to honor the year’s best marketing and home designs in the systems-built industry. When the housing market was struggling, companies increased their marketing tactics and developed new strategies and home designs to stay on top of the industry. We commend these companies on their great work.”
Select projects will be displayed on the BSC Awards Wall during the 2014 International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, Feb. 4 -6, 2014.

About the BSC:
The Building Systems Councils of the National Association of Home Builders is made up of manufacturer, builder, and associate members who advocate building with concrete, log, modular, or panelized systems. Systems-built homes are constructed to the same code standards and reflect the same, and often enhanced, quality levels as any site-built construction. The advantage of systems-building is it’s done in a fraction of the time, with a fraction of the waste, which can significantly reduce costs. Many systems-built homes also are inherently environmentally friendly adding a “green” label to the finished home.
About NAHB:
