LOGIC Solutions Group Announces Restructuring of the Executive Management Team

• David Traxler, Chief Executive Officer
• Mitchell Atwood, President
• Todd Buehlman, Vice President

While David Traxler’s role as CEO remains constant, the appointment of the positions of President, Vice President and CFO are new. Mitchell Atwood, the former Director of Business Development at LOGIC, assumes the role as President, and Todd Buehlman, the former Director of Business Solutions, assumes the role of Vice President.
Seasoned business executive, Bill Grothe is new to the LOGIC team. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience, including an extensive background in sales, strategy, finance and operations. In his new role as CFO, Bill will guide and oversee the company’s continued market leadership and financial growth.
