Logicube® Introduces the Talon® Ultimate
Chatsworth, CA (PRWEB) March 31, 2016 -- Logicube® Inc., the industry’s leader in digital forensics and hard drive duplication, has announced the addition of the Talon® Ultimate to its line of world-class forensic imaging solutions.
“The Talon Ultimate product is based on our premier flagship platform, the Forensic Falcon™, which has become the de-facto standard for digital forensic imaging. Our customers had long requested a solution that was comparable to the Falcon but at a price point that was more suited for organizations with tighter budgets or for those who do not need all of the Falcon’s specifications,” stated Mr. Farid Emrani, President and CEO of Logicube.
The Talon Ultimate shortens the evidence collection process with extremely fast imaging speeds of 23GB/min. Users can image from 1 write-protected source drive to 3 destination drives. An optional Multi-Task feature provides the ability to image from multiple source drives to multiple destination drives simultaneously. The Talon Ultimate’s unique “Concurrent Image+Verify” function can reduce the total image process by up to half by taking advantage of fast destination drives. The product supports SATA/USB/IDE drive interfaces in the standard configuration. Support for FireWire and SAS drives is available with optional software activation packages. Additional features include encryption, a wipe function, audit trail/logs and a browser based user-friendly interface.
