LogMeIn CEO Joins ChurnZero Board of Directors
ARLINGTON, Va. (PRWEB) December 20, 2017 -- ChurnZero announced today the addition of William (Bill) R. Wagner, President and CEO of LogMeIn (Nasdaq:LOGM), to their board of directors. A cloud and technology industry veteran, Wagner joined LogMeIn in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2015. During his tenure, he has overseen the cloud leader’s growth from a high-performance small cap business into one of the world’s top Software-as-a-Service companies, with more than $1 billion in annual revenue, nearly 3000 employees, and millions of customers spanning virtually every country across the globe.
Under Bill’s leadership, LogMeIn has grown over 7x in revenue and over 14x in market capitalization. In February 2017, the company completed a $1.8 billion merger with Citrix System’s GoTo Business, bringing some of best known B2B technology brands, including LogMeIn, join.me, GoToMeeting, LastPass, Grasshopper, and more under a new market leader.
