Long-Term Care Regional Roundtable Announced by The Beryl Institute
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) August 11, 2016 -- The Beryl Institute announces its first Long-Term Care-focused Regional Roundtable to be held November 10 at The New Jewish Home Sarah Neuman Campus in Mamaroneck, New York. The one-day program will bring together the voices of long-term care leaders and care partners, staff, physicians, patients and families to convene, engage and expand the dialogue on improving experience.

Taking a cross-continuum perspective grounded in the voices of real experiences in long-term care, the event will help participants gain insight and inspiration for actions to have a positive and lasting effect on those receiving care across all settings.
Keynote sessions feature insights from Jason A. Wolf, PhD, CPXP, President of The Beryl Institute and patient and family perspective from Chari Tager, Family Member of a Current Resident in The New Jewish Home. As a passionate champion and recognized expert on patient experience improvement, Wolf will frame the concepts influencing the experience movement by connecting a cross continuum perspective with critical insights gained from long-term care leaders. A dedicated daughter who enjoys spending her free time with her mother Ruth, Tager will share her experience journey finding the right place for her mother to receive the best care and share how small house living has impacted her mother’s wellbeing and her family.
