Chris Crawford has been named President after serving as COO and Executive Director of L&A. Mr. Crawford has over two decades of human resource management and consulting experience in private and public organizations, with a specific emphasis on the design and analysis of executive and director compensation programs. Mr. Crawford dedicates much of his time to the educational field as a faculty member for WorldatWork, instructing variable compensation courses, and as an Advisory Board member for both Stephen F. Austin State University – College of Business and WorldatWork.
Jonathan Covington and Ian Keas have been promoted to Senior Consultants. As a senior consultant, they will focus on the analysis and design of executive and director compensation programs in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Their expertise spans a wide range of compensation issues including executive compensation, board of director compensation, and incentive plan designs. Mr. Covington is Compensation Committee Certified and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston. Mr. Keas holds a Bachelor Business Administration in Finance from the University of Houston
Robby Buckreis joined L&A in 2012 and has provided analytical assistance with public, private, and not-for-profit companies across a multitude of industries. Mr. Buckreis has been promoted from Consulting Analyst to Consultant giving him the opportunity to build upon his analytic experience and apply his knowledge in the boardroom. Mr. Buckreis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
