Boston, MA (PRWEB) April 22, 2014 -- LONGWOOD venues+destinations has appointed Belinda M. Kracunas as its President and Managing Partner. Belinda M. Kracunas joined the high-profile event company in 2010 and will continue to lead 350+ team members from the Boston headquarters and oversee a variety of hospitality projects nationwide, setting her eyes especially for New York City.

Belinda M. Kracunas currently oversees all LONGWOOD venues, from Boston’s State Room through Alden Castle, Belle Mer in Newport, RI, to Wychmere Beach Club on Cape Cod.

Belinda M. Kracunas brings over 20 years of luxury events and catering leadership to LONGWOOD. Previously, she served as Director of Catering and Conference Service, Northeast Region for Kimpton Hotels and Restaurant Group. At Kimpton, Belinda M. Kracunas was on the opening task force team for new properties across the country, including San Diego, Miami, DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, NY, Dallas, Aspen, and Boston and sat on Kimpton’s Earth Care Advisory Board.
Belinda’s lifelong adventure in hospitality, sales, and catering started at Marriott Conference Centers in Illinois and continued in Boston at the Newton, Copley and Cambridge Marriott Hotels. Belinda M. Kracunas resides in Cohasset, MA with her husband and two young children.
