Boston, MA (PRWEB) March 26, 2015 -- On March 31st Boston-based mobile payment app looped in® will be hosting a fundraiser to benefit the Greater Boston Food Bank at SA PA Modern Vietnamese Restaurant.
The event, ‘Loop In to End Hunger” will be taking place all day — from 10am to 11pm. For each meal purchased using looped in, looped in will then donate $5 to the Greater Boston Food Bank. Customers paying via looped in also receive 15% off their meal.
The mission of 'Loop In to End Hunger' is to assist the Greater Boston Food Bank in feeding Boston residents in need. The event offers the local community an easy and effective way to give back, while supporting the Greater Boston Food Bank’s mission to end hunger in eastern Massachusetts.
“We're offering a deal where every single looped in purchase donates 15 meals to Boston residents in need-- this transforms a normal activity like buying a meal into an opportunity to be a part of something bigger and fuels looped in's commitment to creating a community around mobile payments and rewards,” said Jeff White, Director of Philanthropy at looped in. “With the support of SA PA and students at Boston College, we're making philanthropy easy, effective and, well, delicious. We invite you to join us at SA PA on the 31st to get a great meal and support an even better cause.”
To participate in this event download looped in from the Apple or Google Play store. Once downloaded, arrive at SA PA’s Beacon Street location in Boston anytime between 10am and 11pm and pay for your meal using looped in.
