LOTE Targets $20MM Province of Ontario Canada Incentives

LOTE has signed an exclusivity agreement with sPARK (http://www.sparkev.ca ) Electric Vehicle Charging to market, sell and install Lot 78, Inc.’s Juice Bar Electric Vehicle Charger (http://www.juicebarev.com ) products in Canada.

ABOUT LOT 78, INC. The Company was incorporated in the State of Nevada on June 27, 2008. Pursuant to the plan of merger, upon closing, the Company intends to change its name to Compound Holdings, Inc.
