Now in its seventh year, the NAPA 401(k) Advisor Leadership Award recognizes a leading financial advisor or team for their contributions in the retirement plan industry. Kelly, a founding partner of Compass Financial Partners, has been affiliated with LPL Financial since 2005. She is a 17-year veteran of the financial services industry and specializes in retirement plan consulting and investment advisory services for qualified retirement plans and executive benefit planning.
In 2013, Kelly and her team at Compass Financial began implementing LPL Financial’s Worksite Financial Solutions platform, which enables advisors to provide individualized financial advice to participants. The program allows Compass Financial to have unique conversations with plan sponsors’ clients that differentiate the practice and showcases how it can work with participants holistically to improve retirement readiness.
