Orchard acquired the 43 year-old recruitment firm from H.I.G. Capital, a private investment firm that purchased Lucas Group in 2007. Lucas Group’s demonstrated management team, strong financial performance, distinguished brand, strategic vision and positioning for future growth align with Orchard’s long-term business approach and were significant considerations during the investment process.
