Lucas Group Hires Recruitment Leader O’Neill In Cincinnati
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) August 27, 2015 -- Lucas Group today announced the appointment of Andrew O’Neill as the firm’s newest Managing Partner in the Accounting & Finance Division. An experienced, local leader in the Cincinnati recruiting market, O’Neill is tasked with contributing to the firm’s continued success via the launch and growth of its Cincinnati A&F branch. He joins Sara Luther, Cincinnati Managing Partner for Lucas Group’s Human Resources Division, in expanding the firm’s business throughout the Ohio River Valley.

A longtime area professional, O’Neill brings nearly a decade of demonstrated business experience and Cincinnati market knowledge to his role. Prior to joining Lucas Group, O’Neill was Business Development Lead with Cincinnati-based Aquarius Professional Staffing. During his five-year tenure with the local firm, O’Neill served as both a division leader and individual contributor. He held responsibilities for managing a team of Associate recruiters, leading strategies to penetrate new accounts and grow existing clients, developing training materials and instituting effective metrics-tracking processes. O’Neill’s business experience also includes sales and account management positions in commercial insurance and transportation.
