Cho spent six years as a lawyer, first as an associate with the Washington, D.C. office of Sutherland Asbill & Brennen and then as a Senior Tax Attorney with Lockheed Martin. Wanting to capitalize on his relationship-building and sales skills, Cho transitioned to recruiting in 2015. He quickly made his mark in the industry with several strategic attorney placements at some of Washington D.C.’s top law firms. As Managing Partner at Lucas Group, Cho will continue to find top-level legal talent for employers ranging from Am Law 100 and boutique law firms to middle market and Fortune 500 corporations while also managing the Washington, D.C. legal team.
