Luxury Arts-Based Daycare and Preschool To Offer Williamsburg Families Monthly East River Ferry Passes at No Cost

Due to damage caused by Hurricane Sandy, the New York City Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) has commissioned repairs to the L train line over the course of 18 months, raising fears that work could impede on travel between Brooklyn and Manhattan. In response to these concerns, Smarter Toddler Nursery and Preschool® will offer monthly East River Ferry passess to families at their Williamsburg location. Valued at $160, the monthly passes are issued to families upon enrollment.
“The East River Ferry’s N 6th Street terminal is an easy 2 minute walk from Smarter Toddler’s front door,” said school spokesperson, Reanne Agbayani. “We understand that the disruption to the L train service may affect our family’s commute and we hope to help alleviate some of that by providing complimentary Ferry passes so that they can focus on getting to school and getting the best care possible for their children.”
