Luxury Developer Tribridge Residential Chooses Beasley & Henley Interior Design to Bring New Life to Old Jacksonville Neighborhood
(PRWEB) April 17, 2014 -- TriBridge Residential has chosen Beasley & Henley Interior Design as the interior design firm for their new Jacksonville, Fl multi-family project, BluWater Row. Beasley & Henley was commissioned to create a vibrant design, space planning, interior detailing, specifications and furnishings for common areas for this new 170-unit luxury apartment complex at 711 Beach Blvd, former home of a car dealership. Beasley & Henley has a long history of successful multi-family projects to its name and is pleased to be involved with this dynamic project.
“The aesthetic could be described as rustic-beach-meets-sophisticated-design,” notes Design Principal Troy Beasley with a mischievous smile. “It is going to touch this renter in a very positive way as it draws on the comfort of the barefoot beach culture but with a lot more style. The designs are going to be a very positive addition to this up-and-coming-community in general.”
Beasley and his award winning team of interior designers and interior detailers have completed the space planning and material specifications for this project and are now awaiting completion of the structure in early fall 2014 when they will install furnishings and finish out the project.
The design team will furnish the clubhouse area, leasing office and rooftop lounge, which they also space planned and designed in 2013. Poole and Poole Architects created the architecture.
