Lymphoma Research Foundation Returns to Prestigious Quaker Ridge Golf Club in Scarsdale, NY for Annual Golf Invitational
Scarsdale, NY (PRWEB) April 28, 2015 -- The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) – the nation’s largest non-profit organization devoted exclusively to funding innovative lymphoma research and serving the lymphoma community through a comprehensive series of education programs, outreach initiatives and patient services – will once again return to the prestigious Quaker Ridge Golf Club in Scarsdale, New York to host its Annual Golf Invitational. The event, which raised over $276,000 last year, will take place on May 18, 2015.
The par-70, 7,008-yard is widely considered one of the premier courses in the New York metropolitan area, and was recognized by Golf Digest as the 71st best course in the United States in their 2015-2016 rankings. Quaker Ridge has hosted three Met Opens, three Met Amateurs, and three Met PGA Championships.

Prince, LRF Chairman of the Board. “The club has been a wonderful partner to us in past years, and it is their generosity that enables golfers of all levels to come out and enjoy time on one of the elite courses in the country, all to support the LRF mission of eradicating Lymphoma and serving those touched by the disease.”
The cost for a foursome is $6,000 and sponsorship opportunities are available starting at $10,000 which includes signage in addition to course entry.
Registration begins at 10:45am, followed by Lunch & Practice time at 11:00am. The shotgun start will begin at 12:30pm, followed by a cocktail reception and award presentation at 5:00pm. The Golf Invitational is co-chaired by Steven J. Prince, Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Lymphoma Research Foundation and James Stern.
