Lymphoma Research Foundation’s Scientific Leadership and Investment in Innovative Research Highlighted Throughout 2015 ASH Annual Meeting
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 05, 2015 -- The Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF) – the nation’s largest non-profit organization devoted exclusively to funding innovative lymphoma research and serving the lymphoma community through a comprehensive series of education programs, outreach initiatives and patient services – is proud to have members of its prestigious Scientific Advisory Board and research grantees present innovative and promising research at the 57th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting and Exposition.
Each year, the ASH Annual Meeting seeks to provide a critical forum for leading hematologists / oncologists to present their findings to over 20,000 of their peers, in what has become one of the leading events in the clinical research community. This year, ASH will feature over 20 groundbreaking abstracts proceeding from research funded by the Lymphoma Research Foundation, as a part of LRF’s innovative research portfolio.

Current members of LRF’s Scientific Advisory Board, which is comprised of 45 world-renowned lymphoma experts and guides LRF research activities, will account for 17 unique abstract presentations on lymphoma and be represented in the findings of nearly 170 total abstracts at ASH.

The Lymphoma Research Foundation remains uniquely committed to funding the brightest young minds in hematology research in the early stages of their careers in an effort to keep the top minds in clinical research focused on lymphoma through its Clinical Research Mentoring Program (LCRMP). This year’s class of eight “LRF Scholars” will account for 12 innovative presentations on lymphoma-related topics at this year’s meeting.
