M.W. Watermark Announces a New Filter Press Hydraulic Design That Simplifies the System and Decreases the Filter Open and Close Times
Holland, MI (PRWEB) May 13, 2014 -- M.W. Watermark announces a streamlined, better-performing filter press hydraulic design for sizes 470mm, 630mm, 800mm, 1000mm, and 1200mm. While the previous design used three presses and switches, the upgraded models use only two of each. In addition to reducing the number of presses and switches, the new design also introduces a manifold block rather than the older modular-style hydraulics. These upgrades result in the system with dramatically improved open and close times. For example, the 630 mm filter press opens 47 seconds faster and closes 18 seconds faster.
The newly designed filter press will be easier to service and uses fewer components and fittings which results in a more compact model. The benefits of the mechanical control panel will remain in place but with fewer parts required.
