Main Street Duncan Brings "A Dickens Christmas" to Life During Their Annual Holiday Parade in the Heart of the Chisholm Trail, Duncan, Oklahoma
Duncan, OK (PRWEB) December 01, 2015 -- Historic downtown Duncan will be aglow with the spirit of the season at 3 pm on Saturday, December 5th, 2015 as their annual Christmas parade, held the first weekend in December, begins.
A Dickens Christmas is the theme for this year's Main Street parade and there will be antique cars, tractors, marching bands, equestrian entries, decorated floats and the jolly old man himself, Santa Claus, making their way down Main Street Duncan. Bundle up and enjoy hot chocolate, live entertainment, performances and great shopping along Main Street.
Parade participants may register at http://www.mainstreetduncan.net and will meet at 12th and Main between 1 and 2 pm to receive entry numbers and begin lining up. Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be presented in categories for Most Unique, Best Antique Car, Best Theme and Judges choice.
