Mainsail Partners Strengthens its Operations and Investment Teams with Key Promotions and New Hires

Kashyap joined Mainsail in 2013 and has been instrumental in executing and managing numerous investments. Prior to joining Mainsail, Kashyap worked at Summit Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, where he sourced, executed and supported growth equity investments across North America, Europe and Asia.
Mainsail also announced the promotions of Emily Azevedo and Heather Booms to Vice President and Matt Buckley to Director. Azevedo joined Mainsail in 2016 from Heidrick & Struggles to lead talent and recruiting for Mainsail and its portfolio companies. Booms is responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting of Mainsail’s investment funds and management company, as well as working with Mainsail’s portfolio company finance teams on their reporting and finance operations. She joined Mainsail in 2015 from BDO USA. Buckley works with Mainsail’s portfolio companies to optimize their go-to-market planning, with a focus on data analytics, marketing technologies and strategies to help Mainsail’s portfolio companies scale. The promotions support Mainsail’s strategy of providing operational support to help accelerate the growth of its portfolio companies.

Anthony Hayes and Teddy Gold have joined Mainsail’s team of Investment Associates and will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities. Hayes was most recently an Investment Banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Gold was most recently an Investment Banker at Citi.
