Maintenance Connection Reports Double-Digit Growth for 2014
(PRWEB) March 25, 2015 -- Newly released year-end results show that 2014 was a year of double-digit growth for Maintenance Connection, the industry leading maintenance management (CMMS) software provider. New customer sales goals were exceeded for the year, with several hundred new organizations signing up to use the software. The company also saw an increase in the amount of customers expanding their existing successful implementations. Overall, the demand for implementation services rose nearly 10%. Additionally, Maintenance Connection customers turned out in record numbers for Checkpoint 2014, the annual customer training seminar. As the first quarter of 2015 comes near to a close, the current year is on track to continue the upward growth trend.
To help sustain the levels of year-over-year growth that Maintenance Connection has experienced, the company put a series of systems in place in 2014 to meet the needs of their growing customer base. Within the Customer Service group, a number of enhancements were added, including a new customer support portal that incorporates a knowledge base, a customer interaction component, and a fully integrated support ticket platform. This new support portal has assisted nearly 10,000 users per month since it was put in place and has decreased the response times that customers received when contacting support. Earlier this year the company also added an online training source called MC University that includes a video library of more than 60 tutorials covering all of the modules within the CMMS. So far hundreds of customers have utilized this new training tool.
Among the new customers that chose Maintenance Connection as their CMMS solution in 2014 are recognizable names such as Nissan North America, Five Hour Energy, Zulilly, Horizon Airlines, Procter and Gamble, McKesson, Nor Cal Beverage, Georgia Tech, Overlake Medical Center, Hope Foods, and Energen. Customers who expanded their use of Maintenance Connection include Palomar Health, Advanced Facility Services, Manitowoc Food Services Group, and Toshiba.
