Major Steel Company Making Strides Towards Employee Competency

The system has been launched at Mill Steel’s headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI with plans to deploy throughout their multiple locations.
Early discussions with Mill Steel revealed their need to streamline training across the entire organization and hold associates accountable for their development. Designed for enterprise implementation, the application provides managers status reports of their team’s training progress, and allows them to hold employees liable through notifications and due dates. A reporting module provides metrics for program monitoring and evaluation. In addition, CABEM is developing a point system to coincide with the training programs, where users can redeem points earned through testing for Mill Steel branded merchandise.
