Management Concepts Announces Sponsorship of “Ask the CHCO” Series with Federal News Radio

John leads the human resources function for HHS’ 90,000 employees, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Food and Drug Administration, and National Institutes of Health. John became CHCO and Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Human Resources on December 9, 2013. In this role, he is responsible for the development, delivery, and governance of agencywide human resources strategy, policies, and programs.
