MANDUKA® Unveils Fall 2016 Apparel Collection
LOS ANGELES (PRWEB) August 03, 2016 -- Manduka, creators of high-performance yoga gear designed for and by yogis, revealed its first Fall apparel collection today. Reinforcing the brand’s commitment to providing the highest quality, sustainable performance wear and designed specifically for yoga, the new collection builds on the foundation of best-selling styles from their first collection which launched in February. Taking design cues from traditional Japanese patterns, colors and techniques the collection is sophisticated and modern with a nod to ancient traditions. The result is a collection of premium yoga apparel that can be worn on and off the mat effortlessly taking you from studio to street. The women’s line includes bras, tanks, leggings, capris, shorts, and layering pieces. The men’s line includes shorts, pants, tees, and long sleeve tops and hoodies.
As a leader in the performance yoga gear category, Manduka’s apparel is specifically designed for the practice with innovative fit and comfort to support. This season’s rich color palette features indigo, mazarine blue, raisin, cherry blossom red, and myriad shades of grey. Following the pursuit of natural performance, each fabric is consciously selected to be kind on the earth, soft on the skin and designed to perform. Manduka’s fabrications include unique textures that emulate the look of natural fibers and feel luxurious due to a unique approach to construction, treatments, and finishes. Inspiration is drawn from Japanese surihaku printing and textiles.

Manduka’s apparel line is one of the most sustainable yoga options for practitioners created with recycled polyester, organic cotton, hemp, Tencel & Modal and Sorona. The materials are chosen for breathability, comfort and ultimate movement.

The Uni: A crop length unitard featuring a contoured fit that acts like second skin with ergonomic seaming and four-way stretch mélange jersey in a stunning two tone black and dark grey fabric. MSRP: $128
The High Line: New ultra high-waist legging for over-the-navel coverage, with proportions that provide a leg-lengthening effect. Made with luxurious fabric and ergonomic seaming at the calf, this legging allows for ultimate range of motion and added support. Kosha Hoodie: Constructed with midweight performance fabric that wicks easily and provides a warm hug of warmth as you cool down in Savasana. It features a draped hood and built-in thumbholes at the cuff. Available in Mazarine, Cherry Blossom, and Black. MSRP: $88
Manduka Men
Tailor Short and Pant: Inspired by menswear classics, Tailor is a lightweight tweed and twill knit. Both the short and pant feature pockets, exterior draw-cord and horseshoe gusset for increased range of motion. The short narrows in the hip, has a relaxed fit in the thigh and tapered in the leg opening which ensures shorts stay in place during inverted poses. The pant features an easy fit in the hip and thigh with a narrow fit from the knee to ankle. MSRP: $72, $92
Atman Tight: Men's performance tights that feel like a second skin with an interior contoured waistband that features an exposed brushed elastic waistband next to your skin that is ergonomically designed with contoured flat lock seaming, interior support for ultimate comfort and ease during movement.
