Washington, D.C. (PRWEB) July 08, 2015 -- Available today, the Mapthology app now offers a simple way to create mapped stories and make them accessible anywhere. These can be monumentally important stories documenting our world's history. They can be deeply personal stories to share with friends and family. Or they can be ridiculous stories, like a user’s ill-advised quest to win the town’s hot dog eating contest.
From the home screen map, users will be able to create text, photo and video pins to share what matters most to them. These pins can be shared publicly, kept private, or shared with Facebook friends. Users can keep updated on friends’ pinning activity by viewing their network activity feed, and can like or comment on pins of interest. While GPS will center the map based on current location, users can also search globally for addresses or simply scroll across the map to navigate to a particular point of interest.
Mapthology is available for free in the Apple App Store. To download the Mapthology app, click here.
