March is Music Month in Sunny Isles Beach
Sunny Isles Beach (PRWEB) February 25, 2016 -- Building on the very popular Beethoven on the Beach, scheduled at 6:00 pm on March 13 at Heritage Park (19200 Collins Avenue), the Sunny Isles Beach Foundation has partnered to create March Music Month. This music filled month will offer another performance by Orchestra Miami on March 10, a concert by the Florida International University’s dynamic Amernet String Quartet on March 15, and stay on the alert for surprise, musical performances at City parks and select condos throughout March.
Orchestra Miami's annual tradition continues with a free performance of Beethoven on the Beach featuring Beethoven's lively Symphony N. 8 in F Major, Op. 93 and Tchaikovsky's "Rococo" Variations for cello & orchestra. Join the fun on Sunday, March 13, from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at Heritage Park in Sunny Isles Beach (19200 Collins Avenue). Bring a chair or blanket to sit on the great lawn and enjoy Beethoven conducted by Artistic Director Elaine Rinaldi and featuring guest cello soloist, Ian Maksin. Park free at the Heritage Park garage or under the William Lehman Causeway or hop the complimentary SIB Shuttle Bus to and from the park within Sunny Isles Beach.
More music is on tap in the City as the Sunny Isles Beach Foundation will continue to fulfill its mission to “creatively use public spaces to bring the community together in shared cultural experiences.” With the permission of the SIB City Commission, the Foundation is offering March Music Month events presented around the City.
