Markertek to Broadcast Live on Social Media for NAB 2017
Saugerties, New York (PRWEB) April 19, 2017 -- Markertek - the leading supplier to the broadcast industry - announced plans for several live broadcasts from its Central Hall booth (#C5349) at NAB this year. AJA Video, Decimator Design, Wohler, Radio Design Labs, Datavideo and Camplex are among the featured brands introducing new products from the show floor. Beginning on April 24th, 2017, the Markertek video team will be broadcasting on YouTube Live, Facebook Live and Twitter via Periscope. The technical backbone of the live feeds will be handled through a Roland V4 switcher with streaming handled by a Teradek Cube & Core system.
“This is the next evolution of the videos we have been shooting at NAB since 2008,” said Markertek’s Editorial Director John Kelley. “It’s a great way for our customers who cannot make the show to get an inside glimpse of the event and the newest technology being announced on the show floor. We will also be able to get immediate customer feedback as live viewers can ask questions about the products being presented.”
