This partnership gives BuildingInsight a unique position in the industry. Customers will benefit from BuildingInsight’s premier market research capabilities, provided under the banner of IBTS’s nonprofit commitment to building stronger communities.
Chris Fennell, IBTS’s new Chief Marketing and Development Officer, founded BuildingInsight in 2004. Since then, BuildingInsight’s team of experienced market research professionals have conducted hundreds of qualitative and quantitative research projects for building- and construction-industry clients, as well as those in the environmental, energy, sustainability, consumer goods, and sports marketing industries. Mr. Fennell will continue as President of BuildingInsight.
Clients, including existing IBTS customers, may engage directly with BuildingInsight to help them understand more about their markets, customers, constituents, competitors, or employees. BuildingInsight services include focus groups, in-depth interviews, surveys, strategic planning sessions, and meeting and workshop facilitation.
BuildingInsight provides clients with “insight beyond the obvious” by customizing each project, often employing creative approaches that allow for a deeper understanding and more actionable recommendations. Reports use highly-visual, impactful formats that make it easy for clients to understand and communicate results with their teams.
“BuildingInsight has already served IBTS on a number of programs with their world-class market research services,” said Ashok Goswami, Chief Executive Officer at IBTS. “Now that BuildingInsight is an IBTS company, I look forward to how these services will enhance IBTS’s expertise in the built environment and further establish our organization as a thought leader and valuable resource for governments at all levels."
