Steffans’ nearly two decades of experience spans multiple industries and product offerings. She is a specialist in communication and broadening relationships to deeply understand and meet client’s escheatment needs. Steffans is recognized in the abandoned and unclaimed property industry as a subject matter expert and thought leader, tradeshow expert, popular industry conference speaker and veteran webinar presenter.
Prior to joining MarketSphere, Steffans served as vice president of sales at Keane Unclaimed Property. For 16 years before that, she worked at StoneRiver, becoming a senior leader in the marketing of TRACKER® compliance software and unclaimed property consulting and outsourcing solutions.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing from the University of Iowa.
