Martha Clark Goss Joins Board of Directors for Berger Group Holdings, Inc.
Morristown, NJ (PRWEB) December 19, 2013 -- Berger Group Holdings, Inc. (Louis Berger) is pleased to announce that Martha Clark Goss has joined the Board of Directors. Goss brings more than 35 years of executive experience, and has been the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Amwell/Hopewell Holdings LLC since 2003. She also has held senior level positions in credit, investment and financial management at the Chase Manhattan Bank, Prudential Insurance and Booz-Allen & Hamilton.

Goss has served on corporate boards for more than 20 years, with previous posts at Parsons Brinckerhoff, The Chase Manhattan Bank Regional Advisory Board, Foster Wheeler and Dexter Corporation. Currently, she also serves on boards for American Water Works, Neuberger-Berman Mutual Funds and Allianz Life of New York, a subsidiary company of Allianz.
In addition to her role as a trustee/trustee emeritus of Brown University, in 1996 she was selected as co-honoree with Lady Margaret Thatcher for the university’s Independent Man Award. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business and received her bachelor’s degree from Brown University.
